[this is good]

One of the incidences that this website informs us about is “Processing plant worker admits tampering with food” which is very low tech but effective in terrorizing the public. However, the reason behind this is “Crawford admitted that she put the metal piece in the meat loaf in hopes that a co-worker would be blamed and fired.” I wonder what the hell she was thinking would happen to someone that ate the meat?

However, at least we are well informed and can take some reasonable amount of protection and precaution--that is if such a thing is possible in a world that has gone partially wild and crazy.

As a resident of New York City, I have learned not to allow the terrorists to stop my life. I used to walk in fear of buildings being hit again by planes. However, I had to come to grips with my life whether I wanted to live in fear or just live day to day. I decided to live day to day. 9/11 changed my life dramatically. I grew up quickly with a sense of knowing that tomorrow I may die. I have become more patient and I have truly tried to embrace those who may not understand me but I do try to talk to anyone who has questions about being American and being African American. I remind people though I that I talk for myself and no one else. I cannot be an ambassador for all people. Thanks for sharing, Horia!
